Ducksfoot is a large plant that thrives when its roots are allowed to spread in the soil, supporting branching. Wally Duck prefers to grow this strain in a natural sea of green for stealth and increased yield. This strain requires a lot of nutrients and will thrive with double the amount of fertilizer compared to most plants. As the plants mature, the leaves spread out, some reaching the size of dinner plates. Without pruning, Ducksfoot shows extensive branching patterns. Wally prefers to prune to 4-6 main branches, bending them to create a predominantly horizontal profile with minimal vertical growth.
In favorable climates, outdoor yields can be rich – 200 grams and up per plant. Ducksfoot has a strong aroma that can be detected from several meters away. Although the smell is complex and not immediately identifiable as “pot”, it can still compromise stealth. The taste is a strong spicy coffee flavour with lingering pleasant notes, sometimes with a cinnamon aftertaste. The buzz is a smile-inducing euphoria without sacrificing coherence, making it suitable for socialising or working in the garden during the daytime.
